A nine-member delegation led by Her Excellency Margaret Gardner AC, Governor of Victoria, Australia, accompanied by officials from the Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government, the Foreign Affairs Office of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government, and the Office of Qixia District People’s Government of Nanjing, visited the Railway Transport General Dept. of Nanjing Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Liu Luoming, General Manager of Kangni Railway Transport General Dept.; Ms. Huang Jia, Deputy General Manager and the General Manager of Overseas Business Department and other leaders.
On behalf of Kangni, General Manager Mr. Liu Luoming delivered a welcome speech. He extended a warm welcome to the Governor and all the guests, and briefly introduced Kangni’s core business and major clients. Kangni has been deeply engaged in the field of Railway Transport door systems and platform screen doors, providing products and services to many countries and regions around the world. Kangni has delivered interior products for metro projects in Australia, and looks forward to deepening cooperation with the Victorian Government and local enterprises to better serve Victoria’s public transport network with safe and mature technology.
Following the welcome ceremony, the Governor and her delegation visited the Kangni’s exhibition hall, where they learned about Kangni’s development history, core products, and global market presence. Ms. Huang Jia, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Kangni’s Overseas Business Department, gave the Governor a detailed introduction to the project products already delivered to Victoria. In addition, the delegation closely observed the prototypes of urban rail door systems and platform screen doors as well as their core components, and listened to on-site presentations on core functions, technical advantages, and remote monitoring door diagnostic platform. The Governor spoke highly of Kangni’s professionalism and innovation capability in the field of Railway Transport door systems.
Subsequently, the Governor and her delegation visited Kangni Production Command Center and intelligent manufacturing production line. Kangni’s intelligent production management system covers the entire manufacturing process, enabling real-time monitoring of all production and energy-consuming equipment. In the intelligent production workshop, the delegation observed the complete production process of the door system, from skin processing, bonding and curing to final assembly. They learned that core processes are autonomously completed by industrial robots, reflecting a high level of automation. The Governor spoke highly of Kangni’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
During the visit, the two sides exchanged views on technical standards for Railway Transport equipment, global market cooperation, and railway transport development in Australia, especially in Victoria. The Governor recognized Kangni’s IRIS Gold certification and the highest-level SIL4 safety certification in the rail industry, and gave high praise to Kangni’s technical strengths in Railway Transport sector.
The visit of Her Excellency the Governor of Victoria marks a significant event in Kangni’s international exchanges and brand presentation, fully demonstrating Kangni’s ability and vision to deepen its presence in international markets and serve the development of railway transport worldwide.
