To strengthen investor communication, listen to the voice of the capital market, and build consensus on healthy development, Kangni successfully held its 2026 Investor Open Day in Nanjing on July 28. This was the first such event organized by the Company. Nearly 30 investors participated, including both institutional and individual investors. Through on site visits and interactive exchanges, the attendees gained a comprehensive understanding of Kangni’s overall development and growth drivers.
During the interactive exchange session, Chairman Chen Lei, Director and Vice President Hu Guomin, Vice President and Board Secretary Tang Weihua, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Gu Meihua had in depth face to face communications with investors. With a highly responsible, open and candid attitude, they gave thorough and detailed answers to investors’ commonly raised concerns regarding the three major business directions, technology extension layout, and future strategic planning, further enhancing investors’ understanding of the Company’s development strategy and core competitiveness.
Prior to the exchange session, the participating investors visited Kangni’s Railway Business exhibition hall and intelligent factory, Kangni New Energy product exhibition hall, and Kangni Smart product exhibition hall. They systematically learned about Kangni’s development history, core technological innovations, and its industry influence in the global railway transport door systems field, and gained an in depth appreciation of the Company’s practical achievements in industrial layout, technological innovation, and international development.
During the tours, Vice President and Board Secretary Tang Weihua accompanied and explained throughout the visit. Assistant General Manager of Railway Business Division Zhang Hui, Deputy General Manager of Kangni New Energy Zhou Hongbin, General Manager of Kangni Smart Wang Jiaguo, and other responsible persons provided on site explanations respectively, patiently and carefully answering various questions of interest to investors. Many investors expressed their gratitude to the management for providing this opportunity, saying that the on site visits gave them a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of the Company’s product strength, operational capability, and development prospects.
At the Railway Transport Business Division factory, investors observed in person the automated and intelligent production lines for door mechanism assembly, sheet metal processing, glass bonding, laser edge sealing, and other processes, and truly experienced the Company’s phased achievements in intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation and upgrading.
