On August 1, Science and Technology Daily reporter walked into the intelligent manufacturing workshop of Nanjing Kangni Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Kangni”), which is located in Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. Reporters are impressed by the scenes of automatic production: adhesive assembly, window frame grinding, primer coating, door panel glue application, glass assembly, etc.
When approaching, seven huge and dexterous “machine workers” were seen wave arms and meticulously carrying out glass bonding works for metro doors.
At the end of July, China National Intellectual Property Administration announced the results of the 24th China Patent Award, and Kangni has won the “China Patent Excellence Award”. The patented technology allows engineers to achieve remote intelligent diagnosis of mass transit vehicle doors while staying indoors.As a Single Champion Demonstration Enterprise in the manufacturing industry of mass transit door system products selected by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC, Kangni continues to raise intelligent manufacturing level and enhance core competitiveness of products. At present, Kangni’s production efficiency has been increased by more than 50%, product development cycle has been shortened by 30%, and inherent reliability of products has been increased by 100%. The R&D and production of Kangni metro doors and other products remains at forefront in global market segment.
