In order to further inherit Kangni spirit, give play to the power of Kangni examples, strengthen the construction of Kangni staff, and create a positive corporate culture of all Kangni employees, on August 8, Kangni’s Chief executive Office and Labor Union jointly organized the fourth period Kangni classic stories and the first period of outstanding employees’ Advanced Deeds Publicity Activity, and specially invited four representatives of outstanding employees to tell their growth and struggle stories to encourage employees to draw on advanced experience and wisdom, actively perform their duties, and take responsibility for their work.
At the presentation meeting, the four speakers told their respective stories of hard work, progress and innovation in their respective positions. The President’s office also made a short video presentation for each speaker. While showing the wonderful moments of their work, the short film cleverly intersperses the old photos of four speakers, leading everyone back to the years of their struggle.
The blood of Kangni-ers flows with the indomitable patriotic feelings of national enterprises, integrates the management concept of democratic cooperation and inclusive sharing of modern enterprises, and is full of the beautiful expectations of cultivating pillars talents and achieving a win-win situation for enterprises. It is hoped that all Kangni people will take root in their positions, inherit Kangni’s fighting spirit, undertake Kangni’s innovation mission, meet future opportunities and challenges with stronger determination and efforts, and make greater contributions to the sustainable and stable development of Kangni!
