UNIFE has awarded Kangni IRIS Silver Certificate. Up to now, the IRIS official website shows that there are 1217 Chinese companies that have passed the IRIS system certification. Only four Chinese companies have obtained the silver certificate, and Kangni is the only non-CRRC company.
IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard) is a set of railway industry quality management system standards formulated by UNIFE. It is the only standard for performance evaluation among all quality management system standards. In May 2020, the IRIS management center added the silver certificate rules. The silver certificate evaluation requires a total score higher than 70%, customer experience higher than 75%, and process performance indicators higher than 80%.
