With the theme of “Sincere Cooperation, Innovative Development”, on 20 April 2024, the 2023-2024 Annual Supplier Conference of Kangni Railway Transport General Dept. was held successfully. Liu Luming, deputy general manager of Railway Transport General Dept., Zhang Hongbin, deputy general manager, head of each department, senior executives and representatives of 56 suppliers attended the meeting.
Zhang Hongbin, Deputy General Manager of Kangni Railway Transport General Dpt., shared with all the suppliers the theme of supply chain transformation and upgrading, focusing on the implementation experience of Kangni’s wisdom to change the digital network, suggesting that the suppliers apply policies as per categories and choose the appropriate path of digitalization construction. He proposed that supplier digital enhancement requirement for the next three years shall be focused on supply chain agility, with Kangni products delivery, quality, cost improvement as targets.
In order to express gratitude for suppliers’ long-term support and assistance, Kangni Railway Transport General Dept. honored the suppliers who made outstanding contributions to high-quality delivery of supply chain in 2023, and awarded a series of prizes, including ‘Best Progress Prize’, ‘Technological Progress Application Award’, ‘Quality Improvement Award’, ‘Sunshine Service Award’, ‘Excellent Supplier of the Year’, etc. Production Director Xue Jun announced the awarded strategic suppliers.
